11.01.2011 | HARTING Hongkong, the Asian subsidiary of the HARTING Technology Group, won the coveted “HSBC Living Business Award – Certificate of Excellence” in the “People Caring” category.

The award is bestowed by the HSBC bank group, supported by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, the Business Environment Council as well as the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management.
The HSBC Living Business Award acknowledges companies that are committed to the implementation of socially and environmentally compatible business practices in the meaning of sustainable growth. The award is bestowed in three areas of business and entrepreneurial sustainability: environmental protection (“Green Achievement”), charitable and societal commitment (“Community Engagement”) and care of employees (“People Caring”).
The “Award of Excellence in People Caring 2010” acknowledges the exceptional achievements of HARTING Hongkong in the areas of employee development and employee care. The jury placed special emphasis on effective mutual communication between employers and employees, training and further development offerings, equal opportunities, work-life balance, family compatible working conditions and the well being of employees.
