Preco provides Integrated Safety Solutions to the commercial vehicle industry with a product line that includes blind spot safety systems. Preco's PreView Blind Spot Safety Systems are designed to detect objects in zones obscured from the operators view. This proactive radar system can detect both stationary and moving objects up to 26 feet away within the coverage area. PreView's rugged design was specifically engineered for the harsh environments of the commercial industry. The system was designed to withstand moisture, dust, vibration, heat, cold, sun glare, snow, ice, high wind, darkness, water, and mud. PreView has an in-cab display unit that uses a series of L.E.D.s and audible beeps to indicate distance from an object and can also trigger other passive safety devices for added alert.
