Harris Miller Miller & Hanson Inc. (HMMH) is a noise and vibration consulting firm specializing in analysis and control of environmental noise and vibration. HMMH staff have participated in all phases of new rail projects including: system planning, alternatives analysis, preparation of environmental impact statements and reports, preliminary engineering, final design, solving problems on existing systems and research into noise generating mechanisms and noise and vibration control procedures. We are the authors of the FTA and FRA guidance manuals on noise and vibration, and teach FTA sponsored courses on noise and vibration control throughout the country.
