We have recently installed four new Madrax Sentry racks (doubles) at our downtown Madison worksite. They are working very well and are very popular. It is easy to secure each bicycle by revolving the right pedal forward so that the upright portion of the rack supports the bike by the crank arm. The wheel holders appear to be well-spaced so that they accommodate any style of bike and length of wheel base. Together, these features easily keep a bike still while the rider locks it with either a U-lock or cable lock. The locking loop is easily accessible. We have another Sentry that we've been using for the past 4 or 5 years, and it appears to be holding up very well. Prior to getting our 4 new racks, in order to park at our original Sentry rack, you had to arrive very early in the morning to get a space!
