KEI KJ200SE model alternators have 12 positive and 12 negative diodes which will virtually
eliminate diode failure.

KEI stators are wound with heavy 11 gauge and dual 12 gauge wire, which eliminates stator failure.

KEI rotors are balanced for increased bearing life.

KEI uses NTN bearings with a large cartridge, high temperature Kyodo-Yushi grease, and double seals. This helps
contribute to long bearing life.

KEI regulators are epoxy coated to assure sealed protection and to stop moisture and vibration failure.
All regulator wiring harnesses use GXL wire.
